BACK. FROM HONGKONG HOLIDAY!
it was longg!
and bad timing:/
anyway.
i can blog now as i've kinda been kicked out of 55th aniversary cos i couldnt go for the rehearsals.
anyway. its okay, i get to rest.
and im totally freaking out over parental consent form for pb camp.
i just realised that there was this form on asknlearn when i was checking class (i'll get to that later.)
anyway. the deadline to hand it up was 7th nov. exactly 2 weeks ago.
and er. haha. i didnt know. or rather, i got confused between the edusave form and what forms. so now. i dont think mr goh has my parental consent form.
which means, i'll probably have to give it on monday and i'll probably get scolded for it.
crapppp.
okay. on a lighter note.
i really enjoyed myself in hong kong this time around!:D
16th nov.just a day after jiejie's choir alto 2 sec 4 farewell bbq at our house.
so obviously, we all were tired and guess what. the whole family woke up late. HAHAHA. by ONE HOUR.
anyway. it turned out to be a blessing in disguise as we were offered business class seats instead of economy class. like. YAY! HAHA.it was pretty cool. the food was much better and more space.
however. i still hate flying ))): i dont like being kept in a long flying tube.
landing temperature was 30 degrees C. (choy! i thought so cold.)
our hotel in dasney land was the same as last year's. DISNEYLAND HOLLYWOOD HOTEL (;
it was still great.room 5698. (: very far down a long long corridoor. hahahha.
then we ate cup noodles, watched movies on disney channel! like. incredibles, cars and toystory.
we had dinner at chef mickey! it was so entertaining looking at all the food in mickey shapes(: hhaha!
we went for a stroll around the hotel. it was super dark, then cant see properly and got alot of insects. haha scaryyyy...
and then we came back to watch more tv. HAHHAHA. so wierd. go all the way to hong kong just to watch more tv. HAHA(:
17th nov.breakfast once again at chef mickey!still great(:
went to disneyland! first ride: Autopia. hahah! cos that one the queue always super long. hahah. i drove an orange car.
then we went twice at buzz lightyear. i still suck at it, jiejie still rocks at it. moving on.
we got souvenirs! like. we didnt notice them before. the copper coin pressings. S$2 each, super cute!:D
lunch was at fantasyland. hahahah. kungpao chicken! salty. but good(:
then we went for its a small world ride. hahaha. first time go very amazing! and the ice cream after that was super nice also. considering it was S$5. hahah!
they had high school musical live party thingy. errrr. the songs are nice lah. but. some of them cant sing, then it came out like. ERRRRRRR.
the art of animation and the animation academy are the new stuff in disneyland. its also the best!((((((((((((: in the animation academy, we learnt to draw mickey mouse the professional way. hahah so cool. and in the art of animation, the walls were filled with animations from the disney movies. like. from just a sketch into this real cartoon character! so cool also. hahaha. and there was this exhibition describing animation and how it works. :D
my biggest dream is still to draw an animated character for disney! but haha, liket thats gonna happen:/hahah.went adventure land for the jungle river cruise, it was kinda predictable, but still nice(: the fire part. hahah.
we watched the golden mickeys (again) and mummy slept. boo. hahah
watched mickey's philhar magic too! its still super cool. hahah.
took the winnie the pooh ride. HAHAHAH. so lame but actually quite fun. ahhaha.
at night we went for the obitron. it was super fun. cos the thing spins really fast and it was super cold. hahahahha.then another round of buzz lightyear, another round of small world, had pre-dinner food, made more copper coins, bought popcorn! and sat on main street usa to watch the fireworks. very very very nice (((:
18nov.woke up early for a breakfast of cup noodles! :D (authentic holiday food. haha.)
went autopia first again! went twice even.
rides i took: obitron, buzz lightyear, tea cups (lame, but super uber fun okay! i took a video of us spinning around, if you watch it you'll get dizzy too! HAHAHAH. ) small world+ ice cream again, and the railway. it isnt a ride but you ride on it. so. yeah. nvm about that woman on the train :/
shows we watched: festival of the lion king! (still great. hahah since the last time we watched it. haha. last year. ) stitch encounter! hahah! super nice! like. so cool! hahah. one of my favourites.
i had this chicken mushroom pie. its great too(: hhhaah.
at the animation academy today, we drew donald duck and pooh! hhaha! so fun. hahaha. the trainer gave me her drawing! hahah she said mine was just like hers. HAHAHHAHA. so fun(:
took picture with her, yay! and we also took picture with CHIP AND DALE! YAY! hahahha. twice also. ahhaha once in the park, once in the hotel hahahhaha, super cute lah! hahahah(:
while eating lunch, i got nicole's sms that im in
3E7. i was super shocked okay. diff class as nicole lishan emmy renuga rouhui and everyone else in 2/9 who wanted triple science and geog elec exceot me weiling and nacha. im happy being with weiling but i wanna be in same class as nicole too! im greedy):fireworks were still very nice and entertaining. i took videos of the whole display! HAHHA.10 mins. after that we rushed to take a long bus ride to sha tin, royal park hotel. on the way i saw something funny! kimberley hotel, kimberley street. HAHAHA. so funny. our room is very spacious. its an executive suite on the 16th floor.again, luckily, we got a suite! like. not supposed to happen, again. like business class. HAHAHA. so lucky(:dinner was soup and fried tempura don and fishballs. from new town plaza opposite our hotel. dinner was at 9.30. hahahah. (:19 nov.
dimsum breakfast at the Grand Capital chinese restaurant at the Sha Tin Town Hall. (: it was good, but very slow. hahaha. got chicken and abalone porridge! and it was super cheap too.haha.
walked to the shatin KCR station. (kcr is like our mrt, above ground.) then i had this invalid ticket (unlucky) so had to go change. hahaha abit scary. hahah. so we took the kcr to kowloon tong to switch to the yau ma tei line (green line). from kowloon tong onwards is mtr (subway).3 stops later we reached mongkok. then switched to tsuen wan line(red line) and directly to admiralty. (TRY TO PRONOUNCE THIS WORD. HAHAH SO HARD!) we exited at exit B to take the city bus 629 to ocean park! each ticket is HK $10.60.
finally, we reached ocean park! after sooo long man. hahha. we walked up hilly hills and giant escalators (that marissa would freak out on, like the parkway one, but alot alot longer and steeper. hahaaha) Our first ride was the mine train! it was my favourite part of the whole trip!!(: ahaha. quite fierce. ahhaha. and super fast and the wind was very strong also, like. you cant breathe nor scream cos the wind takes away your breath. HAHHA. but that made it very thrilling(: hahah.
after that, we walked to the Atoll Reef, this hugeeee aquarium with huge stingrays, garoupas, and sharks :D hahaha. we played some cheat people's money carnival games. hahah. lunch was fried chicken and fries and coke. i think the chicken was better than KFCs. heh heh. so unhealthy though:X ahaah.
after lunch, almost immediately, we headed for the 8 min long cable car ride over i think 2 hills. hahah! IT WAS SUPER NICE TOO! cos mummy and jiejie were sooooo afraid. hahahhaha! the cable car rocked alot and stopped in mid air too. hahahaha. but it was quite fun. then mummy did so many wierd things in the cable car. she applied LIPSTICK:/ hahah and then she sung ROCK A BY BABY. which is. erm. inappropriate as the baby eventually dropped. hahahaa the baby was caught but if the cable car dropped then. HAHA.
we went to the panda enclousure! ahhh so cute! i like lele and yingying. (hahahah! yingying. hahah.) they kept playing and wrestling each other and then both rolled over and ate somemore. HAHAH. gosh, super adorable! hahaha. an an just hid so it was kinda non existant, and jiajia kept eating and eating. heh. super cute also. hahah.
after that we bought zippy! my seal pillow. so cute(: we headed over to the dolphin university and saw dolphins which were very cute also. hahah. we left and went back to admiralty to rest at macs before heading to ladies market to shop through the whole evening. ahhah! so xiao. hahah. lol. at macs i used internet but i couldnt download attatchments, so i couldnt kaypoh and check everyone's classes. so i blogsurfed and tag tag tag. hahah! lol.
ladies market was so satisfying as i got to settle souvenirs for my friends. haha. after shopping for about 2 or 3 hours, we cabbed to new town plaza to guess what, SHOP SOMEMORE! hhahah! LOL. thats what 3 ladies do on a holiday. hardcore shopping((: then we finally turned in.
20 nov.
woke up kinda late. hahah. walked around to eat at some breakfast place and soo luckily, we found the best egg tarts in the world. seriously! like. WAAAAH *glittery eyes* we had 5 egg tarts,a bowl of noodles, 1 pineapple bun and some other bun and mummy had her coffee. hahaha. we took the kcr/mtr to central, one stop after admiralty. (whole change line here and there thing started again. HAHA.) we walked quite a far and cold distance to the peak tram station. hahah. then we realised there was a madame tussauds there!:D hahah oh yay! the queue was long and filled with swearing americans://// ahh well. the ride up was FREAKING SCARY. the whole train slants at a 45 degree angle and goes up really high and really fast. ahhaha. and its dunno how many years old so you dont know if it would unluckily give way when you're on the tram. :/ ahhh. but the ride was interesting and the view was *GLITTERY EYED* AMAZING(:
up on the peak, there were many many souvenir shops and viewing spaces. madame tussauds was still super nice! i hugged brad pitt okay. hahaha. and there was Rembrandt and Picasso! OMG! HAHAHA! Albert Enstien was there too, with the E=mc2 thing. and LKY too. hahah and alot more. we went for a little shopping and had to rush back to the hotel to check out. the ride down was so much better. cos you're not looking at anything. so not so bad. hahaha.
rest of the day was left for more shopping at new town plaza I,II, and III. aaahah. at popular, VCDs went for SG $4! OMG! HAHAH. so we bought hairspray and ice princess. (: hahah. JJ lu was SG 90cents cheaper=.=" hhaha.
back after loads of shopping, we sat at our hotel lobby to wait for our bus which was 20 mins late.booo. the flight home still sucked as much as the one going there. although it helped as i created a new nickname from the top of my head right at the boarding gates. its: CHOW YUN FAAAAART! AAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAH! must emphasize on the fart. hahha. so super suitable for her okay! HHAHA(: mine is so called Andy Lard=.=" it isnt that funny. and mummy's is Anita Pui! :D AHHAHAHA..lol. super lame, but haha. turbulance on the flight was HORRIBLEEEEEEE! ): we watched wall-e to pass time, and listened to classical music to make me sleep but it didnt work thanks to CHOW YUN FART who really let go some bombs which spoiled my whole violin song thingy. argh.
reahed sg at 12 plus! hahahah.
