WHEE!
IM SO "OVERJOYED"
yes yipee.ok good news or bad news first?
im an optimistic person,so GOOD NEWS first.
i just got 2 CIP hrs.and i got to meet kah min & chit chat the whole day.
BAD NEWS:
actually,not the whole day-- 1hr 40mins,not including MSN.oh gawd,so short.
and for 4 weeks,its gonna remain as 1hr 40mins.cos i kinda err.......
GOT GROUNDED?oh yay what better news is there?hmmpphhhhhh.ugh.
so anyway,i shall DESTRESS by slamming the keyboard.blog about yesterday's regular service.........
5 to 7pm,TRL-Tampinies Regional Library.
Duty: shelving of books.....
it was erm...fun->confusing->tiring...
FUN--> before the whole thing...yes,seeing kah min after erm.....2 weeks and talking and crapping and
shopping actually we weren't shopping cos we were talking and walking and not really looking at stuff-.-" but we saw this really really cute Patrick Starfish toy at i forgot where,and i was like
JASLYN IS GONNA LOVE THIS! haahhahah.yeahh it was cute.u push the lever thingy behind and his eyes and tongue pops out.REALLY ADORABLE.$4.90.or was it $5.90? ok nevermind.hahha
CONFUSING-->erm,all the alphabhets and numbers and colours,omitian,can KILL you. u have to sort it out like eg, 908.9754 is one number,and u have to find exactly where to put it.(behind 908.9753) and the decimals so long!.....but thats only the adults section....at first its confusing luh,but as u do more u become faster.yeahhs.and im like amazed at the librarians,cos they know like exactly where the sections are they are like: "oh ok 705? ok the last row." woow.and its like immediately.woooowwww.
TIRING--> 2 hrs of serious work,yeahh,its tiring.cos some books are so high,some are so low.so i kept kneeling down,tip toe,kneeldown,tiptoe,and it goes on and on...and some books are very heavy,especially the thick women magazines which i had to shelve and carry 5 more at the same time.*drop of sweat rolls down* phew.at least this CIP is whole thing AIR-CON-ED so u dont sweat even when u think u are.but i rather flagdays!its more enjoyable!:)) cos this one nobody watches over you to make sure u dont cheat.and during flagdays,travel time from place to place is also counted in the hours.hahhaha.so next time travel to jurong then to woodlands then to tuas exi to johor then back to simei.hahahhahahah.can get 10 hours already!hehehheheheh.no larh,i dont do that.flagdays are fun cos of the company.its fun when u are with ur closest friends all slogging out their guts just to help the needy.and ocasional jokes help make the day better....so its way better than the library where u cant even TALK.so yeahh,that's how i feel:))
